Orders received are generally processed in 24-48 hours and shipped via UPS, FEDEX or USPS at our discretion to assure prompt, speedy delivery unless an item is on “back order” or if “special handling” is needed for a specific situation.

If a shipment is lost or damaged we will issue an investigation and claim with the carrier and resolve the issue based on our finding of that investigation. A customer can expect communication from the investigating party to gather information necessary to close the file.

We ship to all US States and Territories. As support to our troops, through some of our vendors, we can ship to both Military APO/FPO addresses and or PO boxes via USPS. Please allow additional time for orders to be shipped to these addresses.

All orders shipped to a destination within the United States or its territories, or to APO or FPO addresses are shipped at our current shipping and handling rates and are subject to change based on fuel rates and surcharges.

Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

In some situations if an item does not pass final inspection as saleable or is sold out due to heavy demand, we will notify you as soon as possible, present you with substitution options and refund your account if a charge was applied.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange of your merchandise. 

A return authorization (RA) must be provided to accept you return. You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in new condition and in the original box and/or packaging.

All returns must have a return authorization (RA) number to ensure the correct return address is provided to you. Some products are shipped from multiple locations. Do not ship return to ship from address on packaging. 

To receive a return authorization (RA) and return address for your item, simply email us and be sure to reference your order number and reason for return. A customer service representative will provide you with an RA number and return shipping instructions, address, and all necessary details.
