Where do you ship and how much do you charge for shipping?

Optimum Footwear offers free ground shipping on all footwear throughout the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO.

Requests to send shipments to P.O. boxes, U.S. territories or military APO/FPO addresses will ship via United States Postal Service. Please allow extra time for delivery to these locations.

What payments do you take?

We accept all major credit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay.

How long will delivery take?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We process orders within 24 hours of receipt in most cases Monday through Friday and ship via ground shipping. Exact delivery times may vary based on delivery location. We do not offer expedited or next day shipping at this time.

Is this site secure?

We take the security and privacy of our customers very seriously. Our site is fully encrypted and secure. All credit card data is managed offsite in best in class data centers. We are dedicated to providing our customers with a safe and secure shopping experience.

I need to return or exchange my purchase. How do I do that?

We offer hassle-free return and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We require the item to be in NEW condition and should not have been worn outside or have scuff marks on it.

All returns and exchanges require a return authorization. Please contact customer support for that authorization.

Do not ship the package back to the address on the original package or that could delay your refund or exchange.
